• Due to the nature of our business, we must collect contact (addresses, phone numbers, emails) and credit card information from all our clients. This information is stored in our secure server. Contact information is accessed only when a client's order must be shipped, or we send out a promotional email. 

• Credit Card information is accessed only when a client's order must be charged.

• If payment was made through our site, their credit card information has been removed from our system when the customer has received their emailed Confirmation of Payment. Their contact information will remain on file for their next order. 

• All customer account information is accessible only by Resort Design & Supply and the holder of the account password. 

• All customers are responsible for keeping their account log-in information confidential.
